Adobe MAX returns to London once again on 23 April for a jam-packed day full of inspiration. As with previous instalments of the event, the 2024 in-person edition will feature presentations from industry leaders, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities and showcases of the latest Adobe products. For anyone looking to stay up-to-date on digital innovation, and for those interested in the intersection between technology and creativity, this is the place to be.

With the event proving to be as popular as ever, in-person tickets have already sold out, but for those of you still wanting to join, rest assured that Adobe has you covered. Through their website you can access the event livestream, which will allow you to tune into some of the key presentations for free, on the day and from anywhere around the world.

At the centre of the event is the opening keynote presentation, which will feature a range of brilliant and inspiring speakers. Here, you will be brought up to speed on the latest Adobe offerings and treated to demos of the company’s new cutting-edge technology. Included in the list of keynote speakers is Annie Atkins, a Welsh graphic designer best known for her prop work on blockbuster films such as The Grand Budapest Hotel, Isle of Dogs, Joker, West Side Story and many more. Her meticulous design process involves extensive research into film and real-world history, as well as lots of hands-on work with the props themselves, turning them from exciting ideas into physical objects. During the presentation, Annie will discuss how she uses Adobe’s wide range of tools and programs, her creative practice and current inspirations, as well as provide important takeaways for your own creative journey.

Also featured in the Opening Keynote are Ashley Still, senior vice president & general manager of Creative Product Group at Adobe; Deepa Subramaniam, vice president of Product Marketing at Adobe; and Simon Morris, vice president of Marketing at Adobe. Together, these speakers will take you through the company’s latest innovations, including new generative AI features within Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, the Firefly web app and beyond. Viewers will gain valuable insights into industry trends and developments, as well as a chance to think about how these advancements can be applied to their own creative practices.

Elsewhere, the live stream will also bring you action from MAX London’s various Adobe Live sessions, kicked off by designer and educator Tony Harmer, who will be covering the creative community’s first takes on the updates. Later, we will be joined once again by Annie Atkins to discuss graphic props and design for filmmaking. Other Adobe Live sessions include one with Deepa Subramaniam on the future of Photoshop and generative AI; one with London-based animator and illustrator David Oku on making your designs pop with Photoshop and Illustrator; and another with graphic communication designer Tina Touli, who will talk through the process of transforming physical artworks into dynamic digital creations.

These are just a few of the brilliant presentations that you will be able to watch through the live stream, and they will be accompanied by others covering topics such as creating print-ready designs for your business, taking your illustrations to the next level in Photoshop, and using generative AI for video, social media and even to create wearable art.

To access all of these presentations and many more, tune in to the free livestream on the Adobe MAX London website on 23 April.
